Grizzly Anti-Grease Kitchen Detergent (30118)'s concentrated formula quickly breaks down and removes stubborn grease, carbon deposits, soot, and other organic contaminants.

• Caustic soda (an alkaline agent) quickly breaks down heavy, dried-on grease and carbon deposits, ensuring their easy removal from surfaces.
• Non-ionic surfactants from plant sources (alkyl polyglycoside) effectively wet surfaces, break down grease and carbon deposits, and promote the formation of a cleaning foam.
• Biodegradable complexing agent (sodium methylglycinediacetic acid) – a “green” replacement for phosphates, effectively binds hardness salts and enhances the activity of cleaning components.
• An organic solvent improves the dissolution and removal of difficult stains.
• A fragrance blend imparts a refreshing citrus scent.
