*Components of natural ether oils.

Aroma Bath: mix 4-6 drops of ether oils mix with 1 table spoon of any fatty oil (vegetable, almond, olive, etc.) or with a spoon of shower gel/bath foam with neutral scent. Add the mixture to water (36-37 °C). Have bath for 10-20 minutes. Use 2-3 drops of mixture for the elderly.

Aroma Massage: mix the composition of ether oils with fatty oil or massage cream at ratio of 3-5 drops to 1 table spoon of the base. Use the freshly made mixture for massage. Duration of Aroma Massage is 10-20 minutes. Use 2-3 drops of mixture for the elderly.

Cosmetics Treatment: use neutral cosmetic products for daily use: face/body cream, shower gel, shampoo. Add 1 drop of the ether oils mixture to your face daily care portion or 3-4 drops to your hair/body care product. Add the ether oils composition to the selected base portion right before the application. Do not add the composition to a jar or bottle with cosmetic product. Do not use the oil mixture before going out in the sun.

Aroma Diffuser: add some drops of ether oil mixture to aroma lamp or aroma diffuser (2-3 drops to 10 m2). Duration of Aromatherapy session is 30 minutes.

Read the instruction carefully. Carry out tolerance test before the first application. Suitable for external application. Do not apply on your skin unformulated. Avoid getting into your eyes and mucus membranes. Do not apply to your skin less than 1 hour before going out in the sun!

Restrictions: do not use during pregnancy, breast feeding, idiosyncrasy. In case of serious chronic diseases, consult your physician.
