Participation requirements for Family Contract holders:

New Gold Director and higher Leaders:

The second Family Contract holder may participate in the program on a cost-free basis, provided the number of 23% groups increases by one as compared with the number of 23% groups required for the new status closure (for example, 4 groups for a Gold Director). Make sure that the additional group remains active at least during 8 periods out of 17.

Should this condition not be met, the second participant may take part in the trip at its full cost. However, each billing period which meets the established conditions (the number of 23% groups required for the new status + 1 additional group) reduces the price of the trip by 1/8 for the second Family Contract holder.

Gold Director and higher Leaders who fail to achieve the new status during the trip qualification period:

Make sure you increase the total number of 23% groups within the first line by 16 or more, as compared with the same figure in the previous 17 billing periods from 14/2014 until 13/2015.

The total number of 23% groups during the term of the program should not fall below 67 (three 23% groups x 17 campaigns + 16 = 67).

In case this condition is not satisfied, the price of the trip for the second participant depends on the number of 23% groups which fail to have all the conditions met.

How is the trip price is calculated for the second Family Contract holder?

(16 – (total number of 23% groups in the period from 14/2015 until 12/2016 – total number of 23% groups in the period from 14/2014 until 13/2015)) / 8.

For example:

A Family Contract Leader gained fifty-three 23% groups during 14/2014 – 13/2015 in total, and sixty-two groups during 14/2015 – 12/2016 – (by 9 more as compared with the previous year). In this case the Leader may go on a trip free of charge, and their Family Contract partner will have to pay 7/8 of the trip price.

The trip price is calculated as follows: (16 – (62 – 53)) / 8 = 7/8

The formula takes notice of the total number of 23% groups gained by the Family Contract holder in the period from 14/2014 until 13/2015.

In case two numbers merge into a single Family Contract during the trip qualification period, the number of 23% groups both before and after the merge are taken into account.

Please note:
1. Refusal of the trip by program participants for any reasons does not entitle them to monetary compensation from the Company.
2. The Company expects its partners to comply with the program rules. The program has been developed with the goal to structure growth; in case of any abusive practices and volume redistribution inside the structures without a turnover increase, done for the purpose of trip participation, the Company may reasonably deny the trip to a Representative.

See you on the fabulous Sri-Lanka Island!
