To change surname, name, or other personal data in the “Partner” program (in connection with marriage or divorce) in the Representative’s personal account on www.faberlic.com, go to the “feedback” menu, specify in the appeal “Change of personal data” and describe what data you need to change, with copies of documents attached. Change of surname and other personal information is made with the following documents:

1. Passport with new surname (scanned or photographed copy)
2. Marriage or divorce certificate or other document certifying the change of personal information (scanned or photographed copy)

Correction of an error in personal data is made with any scanned or photographed document where there is a photo and date of birth.

Personal data will be changed in the current billing period at the time of the request.
