In the Personal Profile, the new report on the Personal Group orders has been implemented, with the information on the UTM tags that determine the source from which the buyer came.
The report title is "Personal Group orders (+UTM-tags)"; it can be found in the Personal Profile and using the link - Link to report.
The report contains the following information:
· Personal Group orders for the selected calendar period.
· all Personal Group unpaid orders.
· order status, payment status, date of creation/payment/delivery and other order properties.
· Representative details: name, Representative ID number, contact details, registration date.
· order UTM-tags.
UTM tags provide information about traffic sources. Thanks to the new report, you will obtain information about where the buyer making the order came from: posts on social media, mailings in instant messengers, email newsletters and more. First, UTM tags need to be added to the link.
Here is an illustrative example of how to add UTM tags to the link.
We have decided to publish a post on social media, the post is related to make-up.
What you need to do
1. Copy the necessary link from the website; in our case, it is the "Make-up" category.
! IMPORTANT: remember about a referral - the link must contain your ID number. For this, you need to be authorised on the Faberlic website!
The screenshot below shows an example with a link that contains the Representative's ID number.
2. Move to the UTM-tag generator. - link to UTM-tag generator
3. Paste the link into the relevant field.
4. Fill in the UTM-tag parameters manually or select a ready-made template.
5. Copy the ready link and publish the post with this link on a social media
6. On the UTM-tag generator page, for your convenience, there are tips and brief instructions.
After some time, we decided to collect analytics and check the data in the report. Suppose the post was published on 01.04.2022. We upload the report for the period from 01.04.2020 to the current date; in our case, it is 06.04.2022.
In the uploaded file, we can see all the Personal Group orders for the selected period.
We can also see two orders with the UTM tags that we used in the link. One order was made by a Representative who registered before the post was published; the other order was made by a new Representative.
Please bear in mind that the information in the UTM tags contains not only the tags that you place. The user's path can be circuitous; they may follow several links before ordering. As a result, in the report, you can find tags used by the Company or other Representatives if the buyer clicked on them. The report displays the tag of the last link the user clicked on before placing the order.
To separate your UTM tags from those of the Company or other Representatives, we recommend adding your Representative unique ID number to the utm_campaign tag. This simple step will allow you to track and filter only your tags and perform correct data analytics.
