Chondroitin sulfate affects metabolic processes in cartilage and stimulates cell biosynthesis. Improves phosphorus-calcium metabolism in cartilage tissue, accelerates its restoration processes, and inhibits the degeneration of cartilage and connective tissue. Suppresses the activity of enzymes that cause damage to cartilage tissue.
Curcuma root extract has anti-inflammatory properties.
Hydrolyzed type II collagen is especially important for flexible and strong joints, ensures their mobility and healthy condition, and promotes formation of cartilage tissue. It helps prevent age-related joint pain and various symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism and other joint diseases.

До него колени болели ужасно (последствия двух ковидов),без обезболивающих не могла ходить(пила утром перед работой и на ночь,чтобы спать и не мучиться от боли).
