HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE?

If your purchase is subject to return and is not suitable for you as to

The product may be returned subject to the following conditions:

1. If a buyer has filled out an application for a refund (it can be DOWNLOAD here), signed it and submitted it to the company, and also attached a check or form to such an application order received by the buyer along with the goods;

2. If the product has not been used, its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (seals, factory labels are not broken, protective elements are not damaged, such as outer cellophane packaging, protective membrane, etc.);

3. If the product is marked on the website www.faberlic.com with a special “Return Possible” sign.

RETURN METHODS

ORDERS RECEIVED IN FABERLIC COLLECTION POINTS (CP)

Upon receipt of an order for PV, fitting is possible if the product is marked on the website with a special “trying on is possible” icon.
The cost of delivery of goods will be charged when trying on.

Returns are possible through the CP where the goods were received, as well as through Russian Post.

When returning via CP, file a claim at collection point, indicating reason for return.

A CP employee will check the legality of the return (compliance with deadlines, condition of the goods at the time of return, etc.) and, if the buyer complies with these Rules, will accept the goods, and then create a “Claim” document in the CP account, at www.faberlic.com

ORDERS RECEIVED IN parcel lockers, by mail or courier

Returns are made through Russian Post. Print and fill out the return register, indicate in it the order number, product article, number of items and reason for the return.

When returning by Russian Post, the return register and the receipt or order form received along with the goods MUST be included in the postal item (box, etc.) with the returned goods and sent to the address of your RRC from the table (for OJSC Faberlic). Additional parcels and exchange of goods are not carried out.

Please note! Postage costs for returning quality goods are borne by the buyer. In case of return of defective or mis-sorted goods through Russian Post, the company will compensate for postage costs. Be sure to keep the receipt for postage and report them as part of your application in feedback.

When making a return at a Faberlic pick-up point, the funds are transferred to the personal account from which the payment for the goods was made* within 10 minutes from the moment the “Claim” document is issued.

* If the returned product was purchased as a promotion and has a different price in the order (for example, you take one package with a coupon and buy the second at the regular price), then the money will be returned at the lowest value in the order.

If you make a return through Russian Post, the funds are transferred as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse.

If, when returning goods through Russian Post, you did not submit a return application along with the goods or did not fill out the application properly, you exceeded the deadline established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for returning the goods, or did not include the goods specified in the return application in the postal item, sent the DENAS product and vacuum cleaner otherwise acted in bad faith, then the Company does not return the money and does not store the goods (it has the right to dispose of the returned goods without reimbursing the buyer for any expenses).

If necessary, you can return funds from your personal account to your bank account. To do this, submit application on the website, attaching заявление.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

RETURNING CLOTHES, UNDERWEAR, AND BRAS

When returning clothing, swimsuits and underwear, the following conditions must
be met:

  • The item was not worn

    and has its original presentation (labels, factory tags, etc. are preserved)

  • The original manufacturer's packaging has been preserved

    (package, box, etc.) indicating the appropriate size, stickers and barcodes

  • Items sold as a set

    must also be returned as a set

  • Keep the protective film

    providing hygienic protection of the product. Do not remove it until you are sure that the product suits you. Without protective film, goods cannot be exchanged or returned!

RETURNING FOOTWEAR

The warranty period for shoes is 30 days.
Please pay attention to the rules for caring for shoes, which will extend their service life:

  • Choose the right shoes

    by size and fullness, checking the table in the product card and taking into account the individual characteristics of the foot

  • Dry your shoes

    only naturally without the use of heating devices

  • Don't step on the back

    removing shoes to avoid deformation and tearing off the sole

  • Clean your shoes daily

    from dirt and dust, use special care products depending on the upper material

  • Use a shoe horn

    putting on shoes so as not to deform the heel

Is not a defect:

  • Coloring insoles and lining

    this is a property of genuine leather

  • Defects acquired during wearing of the product

    (scratches, abrasions, deformation of shoes) - this is a consequence of the peculiarity of gait

  • Possible change in material color

    when exposed to water - this is a property of eco-leather and textiles

  • Warranty does not apply

    for heels, laces and other accessories, since these are replaceable parts
