If the purchase is subject to return and does not suit you in size, shape, dimensions, style or color, we will accept it back!

You will have 14 days (7 days for DENAS devices) to decide whether to keep the order. The products can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • if the buyer has completed a refund application, signed it and submitted it to the company, and also attached to such application a receipt or order form received by the buyer along with the products

  • if the product has not been used, its consumer properties and presentation have been preserved (seals and factory labels are not broken, protective elements such as outer cellophane packaging, protective membrane, etc. are not damaged)

  • if the product is marked on the faberlic.com website with a special Return possible icon.

Return of products that have manufacturing defects such as: sewing defects, fitting defects, damage to the integrity of the fabric is possible within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please note

The defect that is the reason for the return cannot be the result of careless handling during the fitting process.

When receiving an order at CP, a fitting is possible if the product is marked on the website with a special icon Fitting is possible. The cost of delivery of the product is charged during fitting.

Returns are possible at the same CP where the products were received, as well as at Russian Post.

When returning at CP, file a claim at the collection point, indicating the reason for the return.

A CP employee will check the legality of the return (compliance with the deadlines, condition of products at the time of return, etc.) and, if the buyer complies with these Rules, will accept the products and then create a Claim document in the CP account on faberlic.com

Returns are made via Russian Post. Print and fill out the return application, indicate the order number, product code, quantity of items and reason for return.

When returning via Russian Post, be sure to include a return application in the postal item (box, etc.) with the returned item and send it to the address of your RDC from the table (for JSC Faberlic). Additional parcel and exchange of products are not carried out.

Please note

Payment of postage costs for the return of quality products is made by the buyer. In case of return of defective products or mis-sorted products via Russian Post, the company will compensate postage costs.

Be sure to keep the receipt for payment of postage costs and report them in the application in the feedback form.

When processing a return at a Faberlic Collection Point, funds are transferred to the personal profilet from which the product was paid for*, within 10 minutes from the moment the Claim document is issued.

* If the returned product was purchased on sale and has different prices in the order (for example, you buy one package with a coupon and buy the second one at the regular price), then the money is returned at the lowest price in the order.

If you make a return via Russian Post, the funds are transferred as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse.

If, when returning products via Russian Post, you did not submit a return application along with the products or did not fill out the application properly, missed the deadline for returning products established by Russian legislation, did not include the products specified in the return application in the postal item, sent a DENAS product and vacuum cleaner, or otherwise acted in bad faith, the Company does not return the money and does not store the products (it has the right to dispose of the returned products without reimbursing the buyer for any expenses).

If necessary, you can return funds from your personal profile to your bank account. To do this, leave a request in the Feedback section, attaching an application for a refund and a scan/photo of your passport (pages 1, 2 and the page with registration).

Return of clothing, underwear and swimwear

When returning clothing, swimwear and underwear, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item has not been worn and has its original presentation (labels, factory tags, etc. are preserved).

  • Keep the protective film that provides hygienic protection for the product. Do not remove it until you are sure that the product suits you. Without the protective film, the product cannot be exchanged or returned!

  • Items sold in a set must also be returned in a set.

  • The original manufacturer's packaging (bag, box, etc.) with the appropriate size, stickers and barcodes is preserved.

Warranty period for footwear: 30 days

NOT A DEFECT:

  • Possible color change of the material when exposed to water is a property of eco-leather and textiles.

  • Defects acquired during the wearing of the product (scratches, abrasions, deformation of shoes) are a consequence of the peculiarity of gait.

  • Coloring of insoles and lining is a property of genuine leather.

  • The warranty does not apply to heels, laces and other fittings, as these are replaceable parts.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE RULES OF SHOE CARE WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO EXTEND THEIR SERVICE LIFE:

  • Correctly select shoes by size and width, checking the table in the product card and taking into account the individual characteristics of the foot.

  • Dry shoes only naturally without using heating devices.

  • Do not step on the heel when taking off your shoes to avoid deformation and tearing off the sole.

  • Clean your shoes daily from dirt and dust, use special care products depending on the upper material.

  • Use a shoe horn when putting on shoes to avoid deforming the heel area.
